Pandemonium

I drew this late last year around December , then i brought a new sketch pad and put this away . Today i got my old sketch books out and was looking through and saw this . I originally had the word ' Justice ' at the top , i had a few other candidates but i chose Pandemonium, as i thought it fit well . also liked the ' sketchy ness' of this .You can decide what you think the meaning of this is ..
